Tuition and Fees
The annual registration fee is $50 per student . Ole Kids Houston offers open enrollment so you may register for classes at any time. If a student begins lessons in the middle of the month we will prorate for the number of lessons remaining before the beginning of the first full month. The first payment will be charged on the day the classes are scheduled. All remaining payments will be charged on the 1st of the month.
The tuition and registration fees are non‐refundable and non‐transferable.
Declined Payment Fee
A $30 fee will be charged for all declined payments.
Ole Kids Houston reserves the right to suspend or discontinue instruction of any student who is delinquent in fulfilling his/her financial obligations at any time.
Ole Kids Houston reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary problems, overdue tuition payments and/or parental noncompliance with Ole Kids Houston policies.
Insufficient Class Enrollment/Cancellation
If any class has insufficient enrollment Ole Kids Houston reserves the right to cancel the course or to offer the class with an adjusted tuition rate, length and/or number of class meetings.
School Closings – Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, Ole Kids Houston makes decisions regarding closures independently of local school districts. Ole Kids Houston will set aside designated dates for inclement weather make up lessons. If you are not able to attend, these lessons will be forfeited.
There is no long ‐term contract. To discontinue lessons and suspend automatic charges please notify the front desk in writing one full month prior to the first of the month. Notice given to the instructor only (verbally or otherwise) and non‐attendance does not constitute withdrawal from lessons. If one full month withdrawal notice is not provided, the tuition and fees for the entire month are due and payable.
Make up lessons/student absences
It is the responsibility of the student or parent to notify the teacher and the front desk for any absences at least 24 hours prior to the lesson time as a courtesy to our teachers. No refunds will be provided for missed lessons.
No make up lessons will be provided for group classes however students may choose to attend a similar class depending on availability.
To ensure your child’s safety, children will not be allowed to wait in the reception area unattended. Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the end of your child’s lesson time in order to pick up your child promptly. Ole Kids Houston faculty and staff do not supervise children waiting in the reception area before and/or after classes/lessons. Children are under supervision during their instruction time only. Neither instructors nor administrators are responsible for supervising children outside of teaching time.
Only enrolled students and their parents may attend class sessions. In order to maintain an orderly and effective classroom atmosphere, no additional family members are allowed. Guests may be invited by permission of the teacher or administrator only.
Any photographs, audio or videos of students or families on Ole Kids Houston facilities and events may be used in promotional publications, website or press releases. There will be no compensation for the release. If for any reason you do not want your child to participate please notify us in writing.
